Use of VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. You are not prohibited by law from gambling, and you are not acting under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment. You confirm that you are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
Certain regions may have additional restrictions. ayu86 reserves the right to restrict access from specific territories at its sole discretion. Players found circumventing such restrictions will have their Accounts closed and balances forfeited.
To use ayu86 services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with ayu86. Creating multiple Accounts, also known as "multi-accounting", is strictly prohibited. If ayu86 detects multiple Accounts registered by the same person (whether through matching personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprinting), all Accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ayu86 customer support immediately at [email protected].
ayu86 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification (KTP – Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
ayu86 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000, subject to your payment provider's limits. Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ayu86 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time via your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours. Large withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000) may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours.
ayu86 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. However, withdrawals to certain banks or expedited processing may incur administrative fees. You will be notified of any applicable fees before confirming the withdrawal.
ayu86 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that are withdrawn without any betting activity may be flagged for investigation. ayu86 reserves the right to freeze Accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
All transactions on ayu86 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your Account balance is displayed in Rupiah at all times. No currency conversion is required for Indonesian Players.
ayu86 may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Participation in promotions is optional. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements). ayu86 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, ayu86's decision is final.
All bets placed on ayu86 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirmation. ayu86 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical glitches, or incorrect odds.
Sports betting markets include football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, tennis, esports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other sports. Bet types include 1X2 (match result), Over/Under (total goals/points), Asian Handicap (voor bola), Both Teams to Score (BTTS), correct score, and mix parlay (accumulator bets).
If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is replayed within 48 hours. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the governing sports body.
Live betting allows you to place bets while a match or event is in progress. Odds update dynamically based on the current game situation. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief lag between the live action and the odds displayed on your screen. ayu86 reserves the right to void live bets placed after a significant event has occurred (e.g., a goal in football) but before the odds were updated.

All decisions made by ayu86 regarding bet settlement, Account disputes, and Terms & Conditions interpretation are final and binding. ayu86 reserves the right to make the final determination in any dispute.
